The 2026 Club AGM will be held on the 16th September 2026 at 19:30 at the Clubhouse

This year we are asking all members, which includes players, volunteers, coaches and parents with a passion and interest for the club to join the organising committee where we are in need of new ideas and additional help with maintaining and growing the Rugby experience we offer.

Please contact anyone of the current committee Chris Taylor, Bruce Storr, Charlie Cluderay, Linda Allen or Andy Mundy for further information prior to the AGM.

It is proposed that the committee will stand a further year with the exception of Jim Mc Robert who will stand down this year to take up the role as Chairman of North Yorkshire RFU.

There will be reports on the clubs current position and plans for the future followed by an open forum for questions from the members.
